Peter Romano is a Syrian-American Actor, Director and Teaching-Artist. Peter has taught acting and led workshops for companies such as the Atlantic Theatre Company, Classic Stage Company, and for Columbia University’s Theatre Department. He has directed productions of Antigone and Brecht's Caucasian Chalk Circle and The Courage by Ana Caro which toured schools and community spaces in Miami, and Romeo & Juliet with Apocalyptic Artists Ensemble. On film, he directed Apocalyptic’s adaptation of Julius Caesarand co-directed A Midsummer Night’s Dream. As an Actor, he has worked internationally, touring Africa in Antigone in the World, directed by Tony award winner Gregory Mosher.
